Prior to founding TalentMatters, Rona was the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition for Barr Pharmaceuticals, Inc.  She established and led the overall strategy and execution of all recruitment related initiatives and activities for this $2.4B, 9K employee international pharmaceutical organization.  She created a full service, high performing Talent Acquisition and Career “Center of Excellence” providing the full hiring life-cycle from job design to on-boarding and beyond.  She was also selected to facilitate integration activities upon the acquisition of Barr by Teva Pharmaceuticals in 2008. Prior to Barr Pharmaceuticals, Rona served for 12 years as National Director of Recruitment and the Northeast Regional Director of Human Resources for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP’s (PwC) Global HR Solutions practice.  At PwC, she established and initiated numerous human resources strategies focused on enhancing talent management - acquisition, development and retention.  Prior to PwC, Rona held broad-based human resources positions with Myron Manufacturing Corporation and Perkins & Will Architects.
